Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 2-5Β business days depending on the item and current order volume. During holidays, launches, and sales, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. Please note that shipping carrier delays are outside of our control.

Personalized Items

Because all items are custom made, production begins shortly after your order is placed. Please double check all personalization details, including spelling, sizes, and color selections before submitting your order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Kids Custom Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Kids Custom Designs is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
