Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Kids Custom Designs, every item is custom made just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges on customized items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at kidscustomdesigns@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or defective item

We will gladly review the issue and work to make it right.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
