  • If we happen to make a mistake we will ship out a corrected order via USPS priority mail, please understand we do not overnight packages.
  • Kids Custom Designs is NOT RESPONSIBLE for Lost, Stolen, Rerouted or Delayed packages 
  • PLEASE make sure your address is correct on your PayPal account and on our website. Any orders that are returned to us, due to an incorrect shipping address, will incur additional shipping charges.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Kids Custom Designs, every item is custom made just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges on customized items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Email us at kidscustomdesigns@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or defective item

We will gladly review the issue and work to make it right.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, please allow up to 14 business days for processing.
